These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the home network and privacy configuration services ("Services") provided by Bucks County Home Networks LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Bucks County Home Networks LLC offers home network configuration, privacy configuration, and related services to help optimize and secure your home network environment. This may include setting up routers, firewalls, network security, device management, and other privacy-related configurations for your home network.

2. Service Fees and Payment

  • Fees: The fees for our Services will be outlined at the time of purchase or during the service consultation. By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified.

  • Payment Methods: Payments for Services via credit card on our website are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. These third-party providers have their own privacy policies and terms of service to which you agree when you use a credit card for payment through our website; we recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they handle your data. We do not store payment information on our servers. We also accept cash or check.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our Services, we offer a "30-day money-back guarantee, less a $25 non-refundable service charge" if you are not satisfied with the service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Proper Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Providing Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information about your home network, devices, and privacy needs to ensure we can effectively configure and secure your network.

  • Maintaining Equipment: You are responsible for your hardware (e.g., router, network devices), software, and that it is functioning properly.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. As part of providing our Services, we may collect limited information necessary to complete your network and privacy configuration, including but not limited to:

  • Contact Information: Name, home address, email and/or phone number.

  • Billing Information: For service charges, including billing address and payment details (via our third-party payment processor).

  • Network Information: Information about your devices, and network configuration to facilitate setup and troubleshooting at the time of the service. If this information is collected at the time of service, it is deleted after the service is delivered.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our Services (e.g., with trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, software updates, etc.). For more information, please review our [Privacy Policy].

5. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that during the provision of our Services, you may provide access to personal or sensitive information related to your home network and privacy. We agree to treat all such information as confidential and use it only for the purposes of fulfilling the Services. We will not disclose or use your information outside of these services without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We will delete the information that is not described in Privacy and Data Collection section after the services have been delivered.

6. Service Limitations

  • Network Configuration: While we will strive to configure and secure your home network to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee 100% security or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for issues caused by external factors such as your Internet service provider (ISP), faulty hardware, or other network infrastructure.

  • Privacy Services: We will help you implement privacy configurations and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee complete privacy or protection from potential data breaches, hacking attempts, or surveillance.

  • Service Availability: Our Services may not be available in all locations or for all types of devices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and tools used in the provision of our Services, including software, website, logos, and any other intellectual property, are the property of Bucks County Home Networks LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content or materials without prior written consent from us.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate any of the terms in this Agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Engaging in unlawful activities or activities that interfere with our ability to provide Services.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Violating our privacy policies or terms.

Upon termination, you may forfeit any outstanding services that were previously scheduled or in progress.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: While we will make reasonable efforts to configure your network and privacy settings, we do not guarantee any specific results, such as the prevention of all security breaches or privacy violations.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Bucks County Home Networks LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bucks County Home Networks LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our Services or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pennsylvania.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes to the Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Notes:

  1. Refund Policy: There are no refunds once work has begun unless we are unable to complete the service; if we are unable to complete the service, then there is 100% refund less a $25 service charge.

  3. Intellectual Property: The information and services we provide is Bucks County Home Networks LLC property; you agree not to share it without written permission from us.
